Community engagement provides a place where community members can find connections, access valuable resources and create a lasting impact.

Through community engagement, LSS works and listens to community members building long term relationships. Through the development of those relationships and partnerships there is the advancement of creative solutions to community problems and the shared resources of each group for the enhancement of the greater community.

Each diverse community within Sioux Falls is important to the larger success of our city. LSS continues to develop partnerships with city leaders at all levels to create new partnership and share resources that grows the future of Sioux Falls to include the narratives of all, for a better Sioux Falls.

We are providing safe and accepting environments where friends and families within the community can gather for diverse events. These partnerships provide experiences and opportunities for people to learn, celebrate and share through our community's cultural diversity.
