Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Businesses and other employers can offer their employees short-term counseling services through LSS’s Employee Assistance Program. When employees are better able to cope with problems in their daily lives, they are more focused and productive in the workplace. LSS can help your employees and their family members who are struggling with individual and family problems, grief, depression, workplace conflict, chemical dependency and burdensome debt. Your EAP can take advantage of LSS Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Addiction Counselors, and Certified Credit Counselors. LSS counseling services are accredited through the Council on Accreditation and meet their rigorous standards.

LSS counseling centers are conveniently located throughout South Dakota. Main offices are located in Aberdeen, Rapid City, Sioux Falls and Watertown. Satellite offices are located in Brookings, Milbank, Mitchell and Sisseton. Counseling sessions can be provided for clients in any location through LSS’s secure, HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing system.
