Personal Connection with Counseling Services
Telehealth may be more comfortable than you first realize. It may even surprise you how easy it is to communicate and find a personal level of comfort. Similar to our on-site counseling appointments, our behavioral health providers create an environment that is safe and comfortable for you.
“No matter what I say, there is going to be that fear and apprehension. But there are people at LSS who really want to help me. They understand that this is not easy, and they know how to deal with that. How many times do we hang up before we let the call go through? That is normal. But I’m always glad that I do it. I’m going to be ok.” –counseling client
Our intake specialists will help guide you through the technology from the initial paperwork through to connecting with a counselor. You can use your desktop, computer, laptop, most tablets, even your smartphone. As long as you have a webcam and internet you can easily connect with a mental health care provider.
We are here to help you, and that includes the technology. It is easier than you think, and you will not be billed for any time spent setting up and understanding the technology. If you have questions about telehealth technology, call and ask 855-334-2953.
