Kinship Services
Kinship care is a powerful way to keep children connected to their family roots while providing them with much-needed love, stability, and security. When a child cannot remain with their parents, kinship caregivers—such as grandparents, aunts, uncles, or close family friends—step in to offer a safe, familiar environment.
If you’re a relative or close family friend considering becoming a kinship caregiver, we’re here to support you.
Our Kinship Home Study Specialists work with family members, fictive kin, and other prospective caregivers to ensure their home and family system is safe, stable, and suitable for children. Our Kinship Locators help children who are removed from their homes and cannot return by identifying, locating, and engaging relatives who may be able to become kinship caregivers.
If you or someone you know is providing kinship care and could use supports,
