Associate Director, Spearfish (closing April 12, 2010)
Residential Programs for Children & Youth, Canyon Hills Center
Hours:
Full-time. Monday through Friday, other times as needed; available on-site and by phone.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the Psychiatric Residential Treatment program located in scenic Spearfish, SD. This program serves 25 adolescent boys and girls in a structured therapeutic setting. Responsible for the selection and hiring of direct service staff, provide supervision and training to all direct service staff, assist with financial planning, fundraising, and ensuring compliance with licensing and other regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Masters Degree and 2 years experience in related field and supervision in Clinical environment. Previous supervisory/management experience required. LPC-MH or CSW-PIP certification and/or licensure preferred. Candidate must be a minimum of 21 years old and pass required background checks.
Salary: Dependent upon experience
