Employment Benefits
Both the standard and voluntary benefits are available to regular employees who work 30 hours or more per week (1,560 plus hours in a calendar year). The standard benefits are either fully financed by LSS, or in some cases such as health insurance, are cost shared with the employee. Voluntary benefits are the financial responsibility of the employee through payroll deduction. The employee will experience cost savings through group rates. All voluntary insurance premiums may be processed through the Flex Spending Accounts.
